Pourquoi faire une \u00e9chographie<\/em> ?<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9alis\u00e9e en premi\u00e8re intention, l\u2019\u00e9chographie est une des \u00e9tapes-cl\u00e9s pour \u00e9tablir le diagnostic d\u2019une maladie ou d\u2019une l\u00e9sion traumatique. Elle poss\u00e8de de nombreux avantages :<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>

\u2022<\/strong> Cet examen permet de poser le diagnostic ou d’orienter au mieux vers un type d’imagerie lourde (IRM, scanner, m\u00e9decine nucl\u00e9aire) la plus adapt\u00e9e et ainsi d’\u00e9viter une perte de temps pour la\/le patient.e.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>

\u2022<\/strong> Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, dans certains cas l\u2019\u00e9chographie peut m\u00eame \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019IRM ou au scanner. Elle peut par exemple \u00e9tudier un nerf sensitif, une l\u00e9sion superficielle, une glande thyro\u00efde ou encore explorer l\u2019abdomen d\u2019un enfant.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>
